Founded in 2009 in Lingcheng District, Dezhou, Shandong, Xinglong Leather is a cattle-hide tannery producing wet-white and wet-blue hides, shoe upper leather, bag and sofa leather, and full-grain, corrected-grain and special-pattern leather lines. A plant with an annual capacity of two million cattle hides started up in 2013; cumulative investment of RMB 120 million brought advanced production and testing equipment and an in-house tanning wastewater treatment center. The company is ISO 9001 certified and listed as a green factory on China's green manufacturing platform.
